Along with Professor Todd Comer, I take care of the English major at Defiance College. We work with students who have a passion for literature and writing. We also organize a number of trips and conference presentations with students, including these:

Stratford, Ontario, trip to the Shakespeare Festival
"Go With Van Gogh" trip to the Chicago Art Institute
Museum and culture trip to New York City
Society for the Study of Midwestern Literature presentations
SwampFire Retreat for literary and visual artists
